Voice over Rate Card

 

Figuring out a dollar amount to pay a professional Voice over Artist/Voice Actor/Voice Talent, whatever you call it, can be a little overwhelming if you’re not familiar with industry standards. I’ve broken down some of the categories to give you a general base rate. All projects will be given a specific quote once I know more about what you’re looking for. Some factors include, but are not limited to: broadcast or non broadcast, length of usage, market, multiple spots.

 

Corporate, Business

0 – 2 minutes: $300 USD

2 – 4 minutes: $400 USD

4 – 7 minutes: $500 USD

7-10 minutes: $650 USD

10 or more: Request a Quote

 

Explainer Video / Whiteboard Video

:00 – :1:30 – $250 USD

1:30 – 3:00 – $300 USD

3:00 – 5:00 – $400 USD

5:00 or more: Request a Quote

 

Training, Tutorial Modules, eLearning

$0.25 per word.

Minimum Rate: $250 USD

 

Video Games (2 hour minimum)

$300/hr USD

 

Television (minimum rate/spot: 13 week cycle)

Local: $400 USD

Regional: $700 USD

National: $1000 USD

 

Television Tags (minimum rate/spot: 13 week cycle)

Local: $100 USD

Regional: $200 USD

National: $500 USD
